Fishing For Families Saltwater Tournament

The inaugural Sheriff Chris Nocco’s Fishing For Families Saltwater Tournament will be held Friday, November 3, 2017 at 8:00 a.m. at Catches Waterfront Grille, 7811 Bayview Street, Port Richey, Florida 34668. An awards party will be held at the Catches Waterfront Grille, immediately following the tournament.

Opportunities are available for sponsorships and anglers. Event, Gold, and Silver level sponsorships include a boat, a US. Coast Guard licensed professional guide, breakfast, boxed lunches and beverages, bait and tackle, official tournament apparel, goodie bag, entrance to the awards party, and opportunities to promote your business or team association.

Individual anglers will be placed in the third angler slot on Silver level sponsored boats or grouped in threes and provided a boat, a US. Coast Guard licensed professional guide, breakfast, boxed lunches and beverages, bait and tackle, official tournament apparel, goodie bag, entrance to the awards party,

No experience is necessary and the event is all-inclusive.

Tournament species categories include Redfish, Trout and Snook. Prizes will be awarded for first, second and third place for combined total inches. A prize will also be awarded for largest single fish in each category and a master angler award will be presented for biggest cobia.

This Catch and Release Tournament is raising funds to benefit the Pasco Sheriff’s Charities, and more specifically for this tournament the proceeds will benefit the Pasco Sheriff Youth Fishing & Environmental Education Program, the Family Support Network, and the Pasco Sheriff’s K-9 Association.

    • $600.  Bait, tackle, etc is provided.
    • Anglers will be matched with Silver sponsor boats or set up in three’s on a single boat.  Anglers receive breakfast, boxed lunch with beverages, event shirt, gift bag, and the Sheriff’s After-Party.
