Sheriff Chris Nocco’s Fishing for Families 2017
We raised a net amount of nearly $42,000 that will
be used for the Family Support Network,
and a proposed fishing activity center for children.
Sixty anglers left on 20 chartered boats from Catches restaurant in Port Richey
on Friday, Nov. 3, where the closing ceremony was also conducted.
There were three categories of fish to be caught for prizes. The longest three fish in each category received a framed picture of the fish, which included redfish, snook and trout. The angler that caught the longest fish in all three categories won the grand slam prize of the day. We would like to thank our key sponsors of Maus Nissan and the Northern Technology Group for their support.
